She currently serves as its Executive Director of Strategic Operations.

Faytene is a multi-time bestselling author, speaker and TV personality. She has received the Next Generation Leadership Award from the ANCJ in Jerusalem, and was named by Charisma Magazine as one of the next-generation leaders to watch world-wide.​ She holds a double-major degree in business and communications from Simon Fraser University.
